I loved reasonably large and beautifully decorated room here.

The room for 4 suitcases. Had central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room, it were just what I needed.

The location was comfy and ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Nishikujojo Park. Really enjoyed the room for 4 suitcases, my bed was comfortable. The staff seemed very friendly.

The place was fairly clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Compact, neat room with a private bathroom and a tub and bath salts. Location short walk to Kansai international airport from the Bentencho station and train station, 7eleven, McDonalds and the railway...

The location is ideal in a secure area, not far from osaka bay area and universal studio, Bentencho Station which happened to be one of the station for JR rapid train and rapid service to Kansai airport. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and good-sized with a view.

The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated, I liked it, and it had central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was immaculately clean.

I ate at a good restaurant with english menu. The bathroom was spotless with a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. The location was excellent and perfect for exploring Osaka.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Osaka and it was a great experience overall. the hotel was excellent value for money - we got a spacious and modern room at a very reasonable price. The attention to detail and cleanliness were impeccable, making it feel like we were the first guests to stay in the room. The location was also a big plus, as it was just a short walk to the train station, providing easy access to attractions like Universal Studios. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet, although basic, was perfectly adequate to start the day.

Modern room for 4 suitcases, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a magnificent location, very close to the train station.

Booked a room with a view. We had an electric kettle and a fridge in the room. The hotel's position was excellent, to the international airport which takes 40mins or so.

Staying here for one night was good, totally recommendable. The property was clean and ideal! The staff were amicable, and the private parking was available. Greatly enjoyed staying at the a double room with a view. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was nice.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring the city, which was just a short train ride away. The staff was professional and friendly, and the room was adequately equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the view from our window. the hotel offered a hearty complimentary breakfast that was a great way to start the day.

While the location was great, it was situated right next to a train station, which could be noisy at night. Light sleepers may want to consider requesting a room away from the trains.
